What do you find most exciting about the market situation right now?
The current market situation “forces” us to try new approaches, find creative solutions, and deal closely with the day after tomorrow. That’s challenging and keeps things moving. Exciting!
What should never be missing in your daily work?
Coffee, exchanging ideas with colleagues, and a to-do list.
If you could wake up tomorrow with a new professional skill, what would it be?
I’d love to be more practically skilled, like a carpenter, bricklayer, or electrician.
Is there a ritual or tradition in your team that you particularly enjoy?
Going for a run on Wednesdays and having a kebab together at some inland harbour.
