What do you enjoy most about your job?
The variety: every day is different, and no two days are the same.
Is there a talent that you have discovered through your work here that you didn’t know about before?
Through my work, I’ve realised that I can successfully combine two areas of responsibility – IT and fleet management – and find ways to make tasks both efficient and practical. I wasn’t aware of this strength before.
What should never be missing in your daily work?
Good humour and plenty of fun. That way, even the less enjoyable days are easy to handle.
If you could invent a machine or technology that would make your job at the Brüning Group easier, what would it be?
Probably something that would automatically optimise and streamline internal processes even further, possibly with the help of AI – if that’s feasible.

Keep it simple – but still pay attention to detail. That’s where the devil lies.
