What should never be missing in your daily work?
Definitely sweets… I pretty much always have something on my desk and, if not, I’ll go searching until I find something. I simply can’t do without chocolate.
How did you become part of the Brüning Group?
Oh, that’s quite a funny story. Since I come from the village and basically grew up with a lot of people from the Group, I knew from a very early age that I wanted to work here one day. After numerous internships, during my last one they handed me my employment contract with the words: “We’re never getting rid of you now anyway” 🙂
What is your secret tip for successful teamwork?
Being able to talk openly about topics and problems, helping one another, and never losing your sense of humour.
What motivates you to come to work in the morning
Even when I arrive at the office a bit sleepy or not in the best mood, there’s always at least one person who immediately makes me laugh. Either because you’re greeted so warmly or because someone is in such a good mood that their smile instantly becomes contagious.
What has been the nicest feedback you have received at work so far
I think the nicest moment was when someone told me that my positive and open nature has a contagious effect on many colleagues. That’s definitely something lovely to hear 😉
